    Hi,
    Peace!

Following is what has started to appear today all of a sudden. This is only occurring on Home page (/index.php) rest of the site is running perfectly. Any immediate help would be highly appreciated.

    Hey there Ahmed,

Thank you for your question, it looks like there may be some errors in your template code. Are you using any SQL in your template? I believe that in the SQL you mean “asc” and not “ascc”.

Can you double check that and let me know?

    Thank you,

    Dear Eckert,

Thank you for your response. I am not sure why and how but the error is gone as it had appeared without any reason three days ago. The good news is that all is perfect and working fine. However, my new concern is that the response came very late. Can we expect quick response in issues as critical as this in future?

Anyways, thank you for showing up. You can close the thread.

    Love, light and peace.

I am glad to hear it!

I am sorry that you feel the wait time was too long. Our support policy is to respond in 2 business days. Since we do not work weekends and you filed your case on Friday the 14th, we met the standards of that policy. So we were not actually late! 😊
