Moving to a new server with EE 2.5.3

Hi,

We plan to change servers for our site and I want to put the new EE we just bought on the new server. I downloaded the files to my computer - wanted to know the procedure to move the EE files & db files to the new server. First time working with EE - inherited this from a previous IT director.
