Hello abilloo,
That’s really strange. Are you using any Add-Ons that work in the Control Panel? Any accessories?
What version of ExpressionEngine are you currently running?
This looks like an odd formatting issue with a malfunctioning Add-On or JS.
Please let me know.

Thank you for replying. It suddenly happen yesterday afternoon. I am using V2.2.1
And when we create or edit pages in structure>Structure Parent Directory We use to see -Site Now I see NONE. Do you think some how structure is messed up?

It sounds like a much larger issue.
What were the most recent changes done to the site?
Might be a structure issue as well, you may consider letting them know as well.

Thank you for the help. It was problem with Structure which is Third Party Software. I just found the MCP file and ran the debug and was able to fix it.
