I am trying to remove a splash page from my clients website and I am unfamiliar with their ExpressionEngine program they use. Can anyone help me fgure this out??

It would be impossible to say without having more information about the site and understanding how it’s built.

Hi HeartLove, Tony is right it would be easier to help you if you could provide a bit more information.
If you login to the control panel and select the Template Manager option which is under Design - Templates at the top of the control panel you should see a screen with your Template Group options down the side. The name with the red star against it is your home page group, select this and then the index file in that group is the one you should need to change.
Do bare in mind though that this is only if the splash page is being run through EE it may just be a static file in the rout directory of the site.
