    Hi there

I’m using ExpressionEngine and the Pages module. Right now I’m creating a user guide for the editors, and I’m realizing that I need to modify (simplify) the cp home, in order for them not to create new pages in channels that are not meant for pages, or new entries in channels that are not meant to have more entries than they already have.

I know that in EE 1.x you could choose which boxes to display on the cp home for each user. That function is no longer there in EE 2.x as far as I can see.

I would like to hide the entire Create box. Is there a way to do that…?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Visualis,

Sure! The add-on dashEE lets you do just that. Does that work for you?

Nice! I’m sure that will do the trick. Thanks.

No problem, Visualis! Let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help.
