Yes, you can upgrade between licenses for the difference in price.
I am not sure what you are asking about the full version. What functionality did you need?

Hi,
I want to use the the ‘Content Management’ and ‘Forum’
But I don’t sure whether all functions are integrated in a version which does not need to do integration!
And I use EE2 in China, also care the language pack!

Hi ibuffer,
After you upgrade the license, ExpressionEngine is fully functional for use with Discussion Forum.
Language packs are available on GitHub, and there are 2 for Chinese.
