I wanted to know if it was possible to include more information in the new entry notification.  We have a client that requires information being sent from the weblog entry that he wants delivered via email.  So far the new entry notification only sends a link with bare minimum information.  Is it possible to include custom fields in that template?

Here are the variables available to the new entry notification template:

{channel_name}
{entry_title}
{entry_url}
{comment_url}
{name}
{email}

If you were on ExpressionEngine 2 you could use MX Notify Control. There doesn’t seem to be a similar option for EE 1
