can you guys give some constructive criticism for my future logo ?

I like the first concept most, followed by the third. What I’d change about the first concept: Make the white separation line thinner. It’s - for my eyes - too big.
And maybe you can make the third one with the inside of the p half green half blue (just like the first concept except without the white separation line. Maybe even flip the white and blue half-circles? So that you got the blue on the upper half and the green one on the lower. That will probably create some more tension in the logos since they are pretty tension-less the way the are right now.

I also like the first one. I like the color scheme and also the top and bottom blocks just dont flow into each other. I think it has a cleaner feel then the other logo concepts

I would still make the center white line a little smaller. But it’s looking good.
