I have a little How to question. Is it possible to dynamic show channel fields in the publish menu when someone choose a value from a Pull down menu. I have the option populate from Pul other pull down option, but is possible to give the writer different fields depending on their choice?
For example:
Pull down uptions: Video, yes/no
If yes, then Youtube video field if no extern link field.

When I read your post, I thought of Entry Type, the description sounds like it might accomplish what you want on your Publish page.
