What kind of caching system will be better? I stopped for two extensions - CE Cache (http://devot-ee.com/add-ons/ce-cache) and Static Page Caching (http://devot-ee.com/add-ons/static-page-caching).
Also, I have a problem with the last-modified http header, on all the pages it displays the current time. Will the installation of the caching system fix this problem?

Thanks for your questions!
However, they aren’t directly related to technical support. I can’t speak to which system would suit your needs better. That’s the kind of thing best suited to some A/B testing on your part.
The Community at large will have some opinions on this, so I’ll move this over to Community Help so you can get some input!
