I’m in the processing of updating a fairly old ExpressionEngine site where the main text formatting was done in Textile. Unfortunately, I can’t track down a 2.x compatible version anywhere, though it possibly exists (the only link I can find doesn’t seem to work). So what are my options? Has anyone ever successfully converted LOTS of Textile entries to HTML (within the database)? Honestly, I’d like for my client to use the new rich text editor that’s built in…

    Thanks,
    Addison

I’m including a version I still have on an older EE2 site, hope that helps.

Here’s a version that works with EE2. I’m using it on my blog. If you want to convert lots of textile entries, you’ll probably need to write a custom PHP script to do this.

You already looked here by chance? Wondering if one of the other textile add-ons is compatible.

Thank you, both! Hopefully, this will get me fixed up.
