The client updated the information in the page, like they do every week, and right after we started getting those 500 errors. It’s odd because the rest of the site seems to work fine.

Hello alexwolk,
I think it was a server issue, which is typically what a 500 error is, which was just temporary. The page comes up now and looks great.
Can you confirm this?
