Hi,
I have installed the latest version of this plugin on 2.5.1 but when I add the tags into an entry they just appear as is in the entry and not actioned.
Is there a problem with this plugin that anyone knows about on V. 2.5.1 or anything I should be doing?

I am sorry to hear you are running into this problem.
Please contact the developer of the Add-On and ask if he is able to verify that his Add-On is compatible.
