Hello akram,
I am not 100% sure what you mean, but there is no way currently to change the core so we save passwords in a different way. You are talking about user accounts right?
Are you looking at purchasing ExpressionEngine?

I mean that I know EE uses sha1 to save password .. can I modify this way manually?
