Hi,
I upgraded EE from 2.4 to 2.5.2 and the Rich-Text editor is not displaying. I am not using any htaccess. No extra extensions. It was just a clean install of 2.4 which i upgraded.
The JS error i am getting is

I am starting to find this whole EE upgrade thing a joke. Its a hit or miss.

Can you double check that all files were uploaded successfully? Sounds like some CP/JS files in /themes may be missing or didn’t upload correctly.
