This question may be related to a resolved thread.
I have recently installed EE with no problems, but I decided to re-install and update. I deleted all the files, re-uploaded EE 2.5.2, CartThrob, CTAdmin, and website theme.
When I go to admin.php, everything goes well, in til I hit License Agreement.
Once I choose Accept, and click on Submit, it sends me to a blank page and nothing happens.
Someone please help me, can’t really find a solution, thanks so much,

Hi HGMS,
I’m sorry to see you’ve run into this trouble!
In my experience, temporarily renaming /system/expressionengine/third_party and then running the update/installer again allows the installation to proceed.
Can you give that a shot for me?
