Hi,

I have a member group Editors which have access to Control Panel and can add new members and change member group of the existing users. It was working fine until today. One of the Editors said he can’t add new members anymore so I’ve looked into Editors member group preferences but couldn’t see what might be wrong. I logged in as an Editor and it’s true I couldn’t add a member - I got a notice: “You do not have the required permissions to add new members to any group.
Please contact your System Admin if you feel this is incorrect. “.

Is the group that you are trying to move the member to locked? I believe only Super Admins can move members to locked groups.

thank you Justin - that was the case - all member groups were locked, I unlocked one member group and now I’m able to register members as an Editor 😊
