Just moved a site to live server, home page comes up fine but all other links just bring me to the home page… ???

Have you checked the server for compatability with EE. At the top of this page http://ellislab.com/expressionengine/user-guide/installation/requirements.html is instructions on running the server wizard to see if you meet all of the requirements. Are you using an .htaccess to remove index.php? Have you updated all the paths in Admin > General Configuration to reflect the new server paths etc?
Thats just a few places you might start.
