I’m building a site that will have a large community aspect to it. I’ll be using Friends from Solspace to manage the community side of it. I’m considering Zoo Visitor for members as that lets me use all the features of Channels. Each user will have a large profile they can fill out (the Zoo Visitor Channel Field Group): personal info, bio, skills, hobbies, short answers, etc. I will probably do this in a multi page form using SafeCracker, breaking them all up into sections.
That said, is there a way to show progress? Say there are 100 fields and they’ve completed 60 of them. How could I show an indicator that says they’ve completed 60% of their profile?
I also welcome feedback on using Zoo Visitor for this. It seems like the right choice. The site will be part of a MSM build, but that doesn’t seem to be an issue.
