How to order entries by title, but offset by date?

I’m listing entries and ordering them by title, but I need to filter out the two most recent entries. Is this possible? Or maybe I’m missing something obvious? I can’t use the offset parameter because it’ll just offset the entries based on the title rather than the date.

    All suggestions are appreciated.. thanks!

Hmm..good one.  Typically the offset works with the sort.  Haven’t tested, but you can often do multiple parameters: orderby=“title|date” etc. Try doing that with title/date with offset=” | 2”.

Gut feeling is that it won’t work - and then a custom query might be your next stop.

Thanks Mike. I ended up reworking the template and didn’t need to get this to work.

(I tried adding multiple parameters to the offset just to see what would happen and it didn’t work)
