Allow member group to register new members to a group other than their own?

Hi,

I’ve created a new member group based on superadmins but I’ve noticed that this group doesn’t have the ability to register new members in any other group than their own? Is there anyway around this? I don’t want to give these users superadmin access.

Sorry, I resolved this. Needed to unlock that member group. And I posted in wrong forum.
