Hi all,
I’m hoping someone else has experienced this really odd issue. I customized the layout of a publish form for all of my member groups. All was working fine, and I have not messed around with any new plugins or modules.
Today I go back to that same form to make a change, and the attached image is what I see. Whoa…
Anyone? I’m at a loss on this one…

I am sorry to hear you are running into this snag.
What version of ExpressionEngine are you currently running?
It sounds like your customized layout needs to be reset. As to how it got like this, I am really not sure. Please let me know the version you are on and we can go from there.
