Hi there,
I posted in another thread, but will start one specific to this as I have not been able to determine what the problem is.
My site went live yesterday, and found my first few hiccups.
I had a member (to be) contact me and said that she could not register, as the accessible captcha field kept saying the answer was wrong. I tried this out on my phone, and it did the same. Turns out that the jQuery file (that I hosted) was not being enabled. Stated a parse error in the Safari Debug console. I managed to get into my root, (as I was away at work) and I updated it to Google hosted jQuery. It then loads and works fine on my iPhone/iPad. I haven’t heard back from the user yet to see if that fixed it for them.
Its certainly not affecting everyone, as it didn’t do this on my desktop, and I have had other registrations throughout the day.
The second part of my problem is…
Once I had that up and running again, I was browsing my site, (front end) and after so many clicks I would be logged out. I have also had a problem logging in the CP. It would just refresh itself and stay on login page. After a few attempts I could get in, but jQuery is not working in the CP. drop downs do not show.
I get the following errors in Safari on iPad/iPhone
Not sure whats happening? Im guessing the logging in logging out issue is to do with IP addresses, as when I’m on home network, its pretty solid. Todays problems have been whilst I’m on mobile (cellular) network.
But the jQuery error I’m not sure. All files are present on server?
Not quite sure where to go or what to be doing now!
Looking through the forums, there appears to be a few issues similar to this.
Any help ironing this out appreciated!
Thanks!
