    Hi,

    I’ve purchased Expression Engine License to test it out a couple of weeks ago.
    Found out it wasn’t suitable for us and since then really struggled to have anyone replying to my emails to get the Full Refund…

    Could you please advise on the best way to proceed to get full refund please?

    I really can’t believe it still hasn’t been addressed and that no replies have been sent whatsoever…

    Your quick response would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, Jonathan,

    I am sorry you haven’t heard anything back from us. Did you get no responses at all?  We do have an auto-responder, if you’re not even getting that then it’s a solid indication that your email is not getting through to us.

    I see another email in our inbox from your peer, I believe.  We’ll be responding to that today.

    I did search from your email address in our sales system and don’t see anything there.  We’ll get this taken care of for you asap.

    Yep! Christopher is the one I see the email from.  I do apologize for that - for the future, if you don’t get a response within usually a business day, we haven’t gotten/seen your email, and it is good to follow up.
