In the template manager, when I click access for a template and change the permission it does not save. I have tried multiple computers and multiple browsers.
My build is: v2.2.1 - Build: date 20110705
I found this hot fix, will this work? http://ellislab.com/forums/viewthread/164559/
If so, how do I implement it?

Hey Chris,
I am sorry to hear you are running into this problem.
Would it be possible for you to update? There have been several fixes since 2.2.1.
Please let me know what you think.
