Hi all I am Planning to developed an business directory website with EE.If There any extensions for web directory?

You can do this out of the box without any extensions or other addons.
The basics:
A channel to hold directory entries
A custom field group for entry data (eg description, URL)
A Category group so you can categorise entries
If you want users to be able to add/edit their own listing the included Safecracker module allows you to do this.
