    Hi,

EE + forum add-on + Membrr looks to be pretty much perfect for a subscription-based membership site I’m about to start work on. The only potential hurdle is that customers in the UK need to be charged VAT on top of the standard price.

I’ve had one of the Membrr developers confirm that it doesn’t yet handle sales taxes out-of-the-box, but has anyone used Membrr in a similar situation and found a suitable workaround?

    Thanks,
    Dan

Is you subscription site for B2C or B2B? If it is B2C, I believe prices should be shown inclusive of VAT. So in Membrr set the price with the VAT included.

You could then use some PHP, or Simple Math plugin to display the total value of VAT http://devot-ee.com/add-ons/simple-math

I haven’t used Membrr before, so can’t say if this would work, but it may be a work around?
