I updated from 1.6.9 to 1.7.1 and now the captcha on the member registration form only shows the swirl background.

Just fixed this - copied the texb.ttf file across using binary mode, had done it in ASCII at first.
It does say to use ASCII for all files on the updating page though so beware!
