Strange Admin Panel Error

I am on 2.4 and I can see my site perfectly since moving from dev to live.

In the CP, I have an error which shows all the time, and when I submit any form in the CP, I get a white blank page, with the error, even though the changes on submit go through. The error is:

Seems odd, and haven’t found anything in the forums so thought I would post here.

Hi emagine media,

That is a bit odd, for sure.

I need you to have a look in a couple of files for me.

Open /system/codeigniter/system/helpers/file_helper.php and look on line 67. Do you see the text referenced in the error?

Now open /system/expressionengine/config/constants.php look on line 31. Do you see a constant defined there with that same text?
