Pagination in CP File Manager

I am using EE 2.4 (20120123) for the first time for a new project.  I am setting up the file manager upload directories in the CP.  I sync’ed the directories to get the images to show up in the list of files which they all do without error.  Though I am not getting any total note at the bottom like “Showing 1 to 40 of 44 entries” as I saw in previous EE versions.  I don’t think that this would have been removed, right?

Also, when I filter on a particular folder on the File Manager list, if I have 9 images in the folder and 44 images overall, I still get pagination below for 2 pages when it shows only the 9 images.  See attached screenshot. When I click to the second page, there are no files, and I get this note: “You have no files uploaded to this directory. Please take a look at the documentation, and then sync your directories.”  This happens when filtering on all folders.

When initially syncing, I did sync to a folder that did not have permissions set. It synced without errors, but did not show any images on the list. So I updated the permissions and then it sync’ed ok.  Not sure if this might have affected anything.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hello neostructuralist,

I am sorry to hear you are running into this problem.

I was able to reproduce this and filed a bug on it.

I believe the Showing X to X of X entries is a secondary issue but will mention that as well.

Please comment on the bug to stay up to date on it’s progress.

I appreciate your taking the time to report this strange behavior to us.

    Have a great week!

    Cheers,
