I am still having this issue. I can not log in to view my purchases. I can log in to the forum with no problem, but it ask me to log in when I try to view my purchases.
I was able to log in with a different computer and it worked, but this is unacceptable that i have to seek another machine every time I need to login.

Hello Paw Paw,
I am sorry to hear you are running into this problem.
Was this second computer that you were able to successfully log in with at a different location? Because the store and downloads area are in a secure domain (SSL) there is sensitivity to your IP address. If your IP changes during the session, you will be logged out. The other computer that you are accessing the downloads from may be at a location that rotates your IP frequently. That would cause this.
I am sorry about the headache this is causing you. I know it’s frustrating, but to keep things nice and secure, it’s a necessary inconvenience.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Cheers,
