I can’t access the template manager anymore after upgrading an 2.2 install to 2.4.
Whenever I use the dropdown to access the template manager I get:
An Error Was Encountered
The name you submitted may only contain alpha-numeric characters, underscores, and dashes index copyAny suggestions? This is urgent as I need access to it to enable php in a few new templates.

After trailing the forums (several threads reporting the same problem) this thread:

had the solution. Apparently having a template file saves as a text file with a space in the name causes this crash. Too weird.
