When I log-in and click to get to ‘My Downloads’ page, I get automatically logged out and it asks me to log back in, when I log-in, I get directed to the forums page… then when I click to get to my purchases, I’m automatically logged out again.

I’ve tried on Firefox and Chrome in case it was a browser issue but its the same on both.

This is really frustrating since my website is down, I’m at work and all my files are at home and I need to reinstall ASAP…

Same problem. Trying to get a new copy of 2.4.0, but getting the same redirect to the forums instead of the purchases area.

Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided!

    Hello James and Trevor,

I am sorry to hear you are running into this issue.

Where are you logging into the downloads page from? Is this different from where you purchased ExpressionEngine?

I look forward to your response.

    Thank you,

Hi Shane! It seems to be working fine today, so I guess it was an isolated issue yesterday. Thanks for getting back to us, though!

    Hi there,
I am experiencing this same issue today as well.

When I log in, I get redirected to the forums, then trying to go back to My Purchases I get the message “If you are attempting to access your purchased downloads you must be logged in.”

    Cheers,
    Albert

    Hello pixepie,

I am sorry to hear you are running into this problem as well.

Where are you logging into the downloads page from? Is this different from where you purchased ExpressionEngine?

These questions will help me determine if you are running into problems with SSL.

    Cheers!

    Hi Shane,
    Thanks for your reply.

Same as Trevor, it is working fine just now, but it didn’t work for the last couple of days.
Just for your records, I logged in from the EE homepage then I got redirected to the Forums Login then I went back to EE home (I was still logged in as my username was shown) and when clicking on My Downloads it showed the message “If you are attempting to access your purchased downloads you must be logged in.”

    Cheers,
    Albert
