Biber multilingual plugin - anyone home?

Hi, We’ve purchased the Biber Ltd Multi Language Support Extension (MLS) at
http://biberltd.com/wiki/English:multi_language_support2/

The payment passed 8 days ago, yet we didn’t receive any download link, file, or information about the plugin.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Is the plugin discontinued? There’s no answer at all from sales or customer service..

What are the good multilingual site plugins out there?

you can make multi-language website using EE feature also. please read http://expressionengine.com/wiki/Multi_language_site
