Is the module Splitter compatible with EE 2.3.1.?

Hi,

I tried using Splitter for my entries and I am not getting any errors, but it doesn’t seem to being doing anything either. Any ideas if it is still compatible or does anyone have an alternate module for splitting entries into blocks?
