I’m looking to find out where in the site I should insert the tracking code provided by Google Adwords for both a “Contact Us” submission and a “Member Registration”.
Please advise.
Thank you!

Hi Jeff.Santoro,
The placement of the AdWords code is dependant on your site template and the instructions that Google AdWords provides.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist you.

Thanks, Sean.
I should have been more specific though. I need the code to be inserted on specific pages.
1. The thank you page from a contact submission
2. The thank you page from a member registraion
Both of these pages appear to be generated dynamically by the EE platform.
Please advise.
Thanks!

Jeff,
You can edit those pages by going to design > message pages > user messages.
The caveat here is that what you do there will appear on all messages generated by EE for the front end user. If you are looking for finer control of your member templates then I would recommend the User Module by Solspace.

Ok, so there’s no spot in the source code to drop the Javascript? When you add it to the display message it just shows the actual script in HTML inside a tag. Thanks!

Hi Jeff,
Well, no, the User Messages templates are just regular HTML with some special variables. If you insert JavaScript into the template, it should display just find on the front-end. Could you share the code you’re placing in the User Messages template (removing any sensitive information, of course)?

Jeff,
I was unable to replicate this issue. I do want to resolve this for you so be on the look out for an email from me about getting login information to your site.
