I might be explaining this in a more complicated way than necessary, but here goes:

I have a single channel to store news for all branches of a company. I’m assigning people to a news article via a related field (a separate channel of people).

On this branch’s page I now want to output just their articles, but I can’t work out the syntax.

I was initially thinking of the search parameter for entries but it won’t search a related field.

I presume that this is kind of thing that related entries are for, if I could work out the right parameter…?

... and I work it out myself! Asking for help really frames the problem.

The solution is using the {reverse_related_entries} tag inside the entries tag for the branch.
