From the following link (http://ellislab.com/blog/entry/introducing_the_forecast) the Forecast link doesn’t work for me?
Anyone else?
Googling I can access the released filtered version, but not the standard?

Bueller, anyone, Ellislab, anyone?
Your Forecast link has been dead for a while now. This thread is number 2 on Gogle for expression engine forecast which doesn’t look good…
It;s still linked to from a bunch of places - e.g. http://expressionengine.com/sales_faq/article/is_there_an_expressionengine_roadmap

Daniel,
Per our keynote at EECI we are going to be revealing less about what we have in store for EE from Oct ‘11 on. It has just never worked as demands change and we want the freedom to be able to address the needs of the community without setting expectations that may change due to the market.
From this point forth the only news you will hear about releases will be on the blog.

Less transparency simply allows for more hot air and paying lip service to tangible strides forward. I’m not sure I buy the argument about expectations - if you park things you park them - there were never dates attached and the mission statement for the Forecast echoed that - the forecast for me was simply a way to see that there actually was a development team at EE achieving things, whereas all it actually did was show how slowly things moved. We all have a lot of hope that EE Reactor delivers and makes this a mute point.
Anyway, I digress.
I wasn’t at EECI like a lot of folks, and didn’t catch this snippet, but if you are going to retire things then it’s a good idea to remove the links from static pages like the sales FAQ otherwise people just assume things are broken.

Thanks for the heads up on the links.
And I promise… no hot air. 😊
