I’ve been tasked with figuring out an approach to a new client site and have half of the site worked out, on paper. The other half is a scheduling system.

I am struggling with the ability to do online bookings as we are coming to
their place, not like a golf tee off or massage or chiropractor. We want to
organize the call structure to work with our technicians driving schedule
for that day. Because we are not simply making widgets that we know take
10.3 minutes a piece, scheduling is a little more complex.
At this point I’m not sure if the customer will be booking appointments online, via telephone or both. Will be seeking clarification on that but for now am looking for best approaches to this. Would of course prefer to do this in EE but if we have to go outside of EE suggestions would be appreciated.
