I recently did an upgrade from EE1 to EE 2.3.1 and when I went to the plugins screen I noticed that only two plugin were showing up. After moving all plugins from the EE 1 plugins folder to third_party folder and adding new plugins, I now see zero plugins in the UI. Is there a path that I need to change somewhere that could be messed up?

Try looking to see if the plugins you were using in EE1 are available, or have updates to work in EE2. For modules, don’t forget to click Run Module Updates button once you’ve updated. This is in the CP at Addons > Modules top right above Action column of the module list.

    Thanks for the assist, Brandon.

spyro, when you have third party add-ons, you’ll need to place them in the /system/expressionengine/third_party folder.

These new add-ons will have a folder associated with them, that’s different from EE1.x.

Have you found EE2 replacements for your plugins yet?
