member module + multi language

I got my ee2 site installed and the member module is working great.

I followed Multi language site alternative from the wiki and got that all working.
site.com/ is english (default)
site.com/en/ is also english
site.com/fr/ is french

I’ve uploaded the french language pack. Now how do I get the member pages to use the french language when the url is like site.com/fr/user/register/ ?
