Having bought and installed MSM a while back, I have finally got around to creating my second site.
So I went through the process and got the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function comments_opened_notification_title() in /usr/www/users/bmarchal/declencheur/sensible/expressionengine/controllers/cp/sites.php on line 588

I’m running Expression Engine v2.3.1 - Build: date 20111017 (I upgraded last Friday in order to avoid problems…) and MSM v2.1.1 Build: 20111011

I know that sometimes there are problems with the language packs but I’m running the CP in English to avoid those.

Ah, I see.
The code loads the *default* language, not the CP language. And there is a function missing in the French language pack.

I was able to create the site, I would love you guys to make the localization solution more robust but I have filled a F.R. for this.
