Hi James,
I’m sorry to hear this. Of course, to close down your site completely, you’ll just need to remove ExpressionEngine from your server. If you’re hosting with EngineHosting, you can work with them to cancel your account, and that should also take your site offline.
More importantly though, I’d love to get some feedback from you if you have the time. Is there a particular reason you feel the need to end your relationship with ExpressionEngine and EllisLab? If there’s any place you feel we need to improve, we’re always open to hearing your comments.
