I’m building my first MSM and am interested to see how others set up their template/css/js/image files. Do you store each in their own site folder? Or store them in separate site folders within the main installation?

I am also about to embark on my first MSM site and am wondering the same, what is the best strategy with regards to channels and templates? Would be good to get some advice before starting…
