    Hey EE Pals,

    I am working on a site utilizing MSM, with a second site set up parallel to the system folder in a subfolder named ‘dp’. Some of the pages are using the Pages URIs and they do not seem to be working as they should. I have never set up a site using the subfolder technique, but with this site using Engine Hosting, it seems to be my only option.

    So, I have two issues…

    1. Image paths when someone uploads an image via Wygwam or the File Manager

    2. Getting the actual pages to work off the home page. Do I need to use some .htaccess stuff to get the URLs from Pages to display properly?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    This seems like the most obvious information regarding MSM and themes or just seeing or understanding how references to a simple path is determined… then factor in obvious of using a domain and subdomain tied to MSM, and this is primary priority use case that should be documented somewhere?!

    I need this answer, and think it should be documented here:

    http://ellislab.com/expressionengine/user-guide/cp/sites/domainsetup.html

    or better yet, here:

    http://ellislab.com/expressionengine/user-guide/cp/sites/code.html

    But, it isn’t…

    So, yes, to this persons question, how do you get a script tag src like this:

    src="{site_url}themes/site_themes/arcate_media/js/jquery-1.4.2.min.js"

    to find the right path to themes folder I am using for both my MSM sites?

    That is straight out of the Agile Records example code, modified to get my js file…

    thanks,

    David
