This is a strange problem. I have a image folder holding jpg images. I deleted the jpgs and uploaded new jpgs with the same file names. And now the new uploaded jpg files does not display in the browser. The rendered path looks correct. Anyone having this issue as well?

Did you upload the images via FTP or via the file manager? I’ve been finding with 2.2.2 that if I upload the images via FTP they don’t show up in the file manager (but have an open thread about that already). Maybe there’s a problem with generating the thumbnails.

did you make sure to synchronize in the file manager after making those changes?

Thanks Ralph for the tip. I had uploaded via FTP. ANd per your advice synced via File manager pref. And seems to work.
