I’m trying to use the query module in a template but am getting a 400 Internal Server Error. Am I missing a permission or something anywhere? Anybody run into this issue before? I have it working fine on the same server on other sites.

Also, when going SQL Manager in the CP and trying a simple query, I get the error too.

    v2.2.2 - Build: date 20110801

    Thanks,
    Jason

    Hi jasonjulien,

Can you login with something like PHPMyAdmin to check the various privileges for your database user? That’s the first thing that comes to mind.

I just checked and the database user has all privileges enabled.

    Any other thoughts?

    Jason,

Just to be thorough, are you certain the Query Module is installed in Add-ons-> Modules?

    Cheers,

    Hi Dan,

Yes, it is enabled. I actually uninstalled and then re-installed it too for safe measure to no avail.

    Thanks,
    Jason

    Jason,

Have you access to your error logs? Does anything show up there?
Is this a local or professionally hosted install?
