Hi There,
I’m working in v2.2.2 - Build: 20110801. From the File Manager I’m unable to upload files. The “Upload File” button appears in the upper right hand corner, and onclick the page reloads but that’s it - no pop-up, no new window.
Using the file upload field type, I am able upload files from a publish form.
I’ve tested this for multiple Member Groups in FireFox, Chrome, IE and Safari.

Unfortunately, this is a known bug. Feel free to post a comment on the bug thread, so you’ll continue to be notified on the status. There is a temporary fix posted here.
