Greetings.
I have migrated a site to a new host / domain. Copied all files and successfully moved database.
I update the database config to the new db and attempt to log-in, but I am constantly re-directed to the CP log-in page. I get the same result whether I use a correct or incorrect password—that is, I do not get an error message if I attempt an incorrect password and neither do get “logged in” when using the correct password.
Any ideas as to how to trouble shoot this?

I was getting this issue just earlier today, and it seems to be a cookie issue. Try clearing your cache/cookies and let me know if that works.

Did you follow all of the steps in the User Guide outlining Moving ExpressionEngine to a New Server? In your instance, have a look at Step 8, verifying index.php and admin.php.
