EE 2.2.1 access settings show up as "No" for all member groups in template manager

    Hello,

    I’m doing a bit of work in the template manager for a site I’ve just recently updated to EE 2.2.1 (20110705) and I’ve noticed that all the access settings show up as “No” for all of the member groups when viewed at the group level. If you change them in this view, a message indicating that the changes have been saved appears, but if you reload the page, they all appear as “No” again. (See first screenshot below)

    When viewing the individual templates, however, the correct settings appear. (See second screenshot below) EE seems to respect these settings when viewing various pages on the site, so we can get the desired behavior by making sure to edit these changes at the individual template level rather than at the group level, but the fact that the group level changes don’t seem to stick is a bit of a concern.
